I really love this work and am honored to share this method. I have witnessed all kinds of people benefit from this broad, wonderful method. It’s exciting to observe my clientele transform at each individual session, progressing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
This unique system works not only deep in the physical sense requiring action in both fine and large musculature, but also, in brain health through a myriad of pattern changes. The dynamic intention of the movements work through energy centers and pathways benefiting the entire body. During one on one sessions I strive to fine tune the exercises to meet the individuals needs at that moment.
Client’s set the tone of how they work and I encourage them based on their leads. My aim is to facilitate people feeling great in the entirety of their bodies, to gain benefit from this work, and to instantaneously apply it in their daily life, whatever is demanded of ones body. Through dialogue, we arrive at goal setting and from shared observations we make any necessary adjustments to help you arrive at that goal, each session.
When I teach group sessions, I work to create a warm joyful environment, establish a rhythmical flow of movement, and to state cues based on what I see from the participants.
This is a beautiful system, give it a solid try!
